Cold-shipping
Bottles are packed in moisture-resistant insulated mailers. Emiral Elixir is shelf-stable up to 25°C, but we still ship cool to preserve freshness — especially for international orders.
14-day product guarantee
If your unopened bottle hasn't been delivered as promised, message care@emiralelixirplus.com.ng within 14 days. We refund the full product price; return shipping is on the customer unless the bottle arrived damaged.
Damaged or missing
Glass happens. If a bottle arrives broken or your order is missing items, send a photo to our WhatsApp line within 7 days and we'll replace it on the next outbound truck — no questions.
